Moral Machines are an Alternative Rock band based in Liverpool. Formed in 2022, the band consists of Sam Jones (Vocals, Guitar), Dan Kelly (Guitar, Backing Vocals), Heather Dempsey (Bass Guitar, Backing Vocals) and James Donohue (Drums).

Since its inception (under the previous name Nova), Moral Machines have been drawing on influences from artists such as Muse, Foo Fighters, Jeff Buckley, Nothing but Thieves and Green Day, as well as classic rock acts such as Led Zeppelin and ACDC, and the band has crafted a sound that is paying tribute to old school rock music, whilst adding modern punk and dystopian overtones.

Becoming known for their captivating, raw energy in their live performances, Moral Machines have performed at Outpost, Jimmy’s, The Cavern, The Jacaranda and EBGBS in Liverpool, with a determination to bring their enthusiasm to bigger stages this summer.

Moral Machines is a brand-new outfit but consists of a very experienced line-up excited to be announcing soon the launch of their debut single “Come Around” and will follow with several other single releases in lieu of their debut album in spring 2024.
